- Franco-Poésies 2023
From March 4 to 26, a wide range of events were on offer, including exhibitions, lectures, concerts, etc. at various locations in the town of Yerres.
- On June 26, the French Post Office issued a stamp depicting the famous casin* at the Caillebotte estate in Yerres:
* Casin: Country house of Arabic or Italian architecture.
- The Musée d'Orsay has just acquired, thanks to the sponsorship of the LVMHholding, a new painting (classified as a "national treasure") by Gustave Caillebotte, estimated at 43 million euros, "Partie de bateau" [Boat Party], or "Canotier au chapeau haut-de-forme" [Canoeist with top hat], dated 1877-1878:
